We take immense pride in providing high-quality, beautifully translated digital scriptures and spiritual literature. Because our store exclusively sells digital goods (PDFs, E-books, and downloadable documents), our refund and cancellation policies are tailored to the nature of digital delivery.

1. Cancellation Policy

Order processing and delivery are entirely automated. The moment your payment is successfully completed, the digital files are instantly generated and sent to your email and WhatsApp, and download links are immediately presented on your screen.

Because of this instantaneous delivery, we cannot accept any order cancellations once a payment has been processed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Standard “change of mind” refunds are not offered due to the easily reproducible nature of digital products. However, your satisfaction and access to the content are fully guaranteed.

We offer a full refund if your file fails to open or is corrupted, AND our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.

If you experience a genuine technical defect as described above, you must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. Once a digital file has been successfully delivered and is verified to be fully working, it is considered “used” and cannot be refunded.

3. Technical Assistance & File Issues

Your access to the divine wisdom you purchased is our top priority. If you experience any technical difficulties, we are fully committed to fixing them immediately.

Please contact our support team if you encounter any of the following issues:

  • You did not receive your download links via email or WhatsApp after a successful payment.
  • The download link provided is broken or expired.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or will not open on your device.

Upon verifying your purchase, our team will manually email you a fresh copy of your digital files or provide alternative access links. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue and provide you with a working file, we will promptly process a 100% refund to your original payment method.

4. Fraudulent Transactions & Chargebacks

If you believe your payment details were used fraudulently on our website without your consent, please contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately. If you file a chargeback or dispute for a valid, successfully delivered purchase of our digital goods without contacting us to resolve a technical issue first, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access to our digital library and ban your IP address from future purchases.
