Because our store exclusively sells digital goods (PDFs, E-books, and downloadable documents), our refund and cancellation policies differ from traditional physical e-commerce stores.

1. Cancellation Policy

Order processing and delivery are entirely automated. The moment your payment is successfully completed, the digital files are instantly generated and sent to your email address, and download links are immediately presented on your screen.

Because of this instantaneous delivery, we cannot accept any order cancellations once a payment has been processed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are strictly final. Due to the easily reproducible and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund. Once a digital file has been purchased and sent to you, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned.

3. Technical Assistance & File Issues

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction and access to the divine wisdom you purchased is our top priority. If you experience any technical difficulties with your purchase, we are fully committed to resolving them.

4. Fraudulent Transactions & Chargebacks

If you believe your payment details were used fraudulently on our website without your consent, please contact your bank or credit card issuer immediately. If you file a chargeback or dispute for a valid purchase of our digital goods, we reserve the right to permanently revoke your access to our digital library and ban your IP address from future purchases.
